sold an account which was linked to google on july 28th. next day woke up and see paypal dispute, buyer couldnt log in google. somehow managed to log into the game anyway so agreed to cancel dispute and wait to see if google can be recovered. today he asked for refund because changed phone and cant get into the game now. do i have to refund or its his fault for changing personal info?

also i think it's buyer's interest on disputing this on forum. sounds stupid if i open it and it ends up me being wrong

Google locks are common, but the seller should be able to easily unlock it in most cases.

I don't know what game this is for. I'm not familiar with any games that are linked to a phone number and if that number is changed, the game will lock.

I'm assuming it's a mobile game, right?

it's hard to say who wrong here since google can lock account for various reasons

in the past I have my buyer (exos heroes) got locked after playing for half year and spending money too

I can't even remember the date of creation since it's already half year and it's totally random reroll account like exosheroes0001~[email protected]

in the end we got solve it by visiting google live chat and provide information like first time login in new device (the date when buyer got the account) and last purchase in-game by buyer

it's took times around 2 weeks or so before it's solved

after this incident I never want sell linked account, better avoid the trouble in future since it's always have a risk
