Paypal is taking a step forward into protecting seller versus fraud.
Today I received a payment from a customer, when I went to check the status, the payment was on hold for ''review''. I though to myself I received fraudulent funds, so I contacted paypal to inquire about the payment. Before I was whit an agent the payment has been ''review'' positively and cleared into my account. The agent told me that from now on payments are going to be reviewed for anti-fraud measure.
They allow themselves a delay of 24hours to review your payment either good or bad, it took less than 10 minute to review mine.
This should reduce a lots of the stolen accounts fraud going on, which is a great news for anyone who use paypal. While all the professional seller have their own verification method for verifying their customer, were all at risk to receive such kind of payments.
