Gold Store?

Hello, I registered last night and did all that good stuff to use the gold store. It took the money off of my skrill right away. The money is gone quick, which I did expect, but there's still no gold in game or a notification from a buyer anywhere. This is my first time using this website and the big red letters of 'guaranteed' certainly got me nodding. However, the 'fast' part doesn't seem to be true.

Is there a notification I'm supposed to get anywhere other than this website? My e-mail? My phone? I can't find one.

Still no gold, no notification. Is this the part where I open a "I've been scammed" thread? I wasn't given any info about the seller. The little ad on the side bar lied to me.

EPICNPC has been done for most of the days, that may be the reason why nothing has been delivered. You have to wait for epicnpc to know the real reason though.

You made a purchase with the gold store seller via the epic gold store? have you tried pming them? game, server and faction? so i can see if i can get the contact information for you.

And as somaliasky said the sites been down all day. and I do believe emails are not working at all.

I didn't get a notification of who the seller even is, let alone any information about them. Game is GW2, server Tarnished Coast. The only information I have about the seller is their e-mail, because they sure got my money from my skrill account. Website's down but my money's gone quick, lol.

Game is GW2, the FAQ says I should have gotten a notification. But I didn't get one. The only information I have about the seller is that they got my money and I only have their e-mail. As far as I know, they might not even know where to deliver what I ordered?

the site has been down for 24 hours. up and down, mostly down. I cannot even use the store to find out who the seller is. you'll have to try the email you have.

Sent e-mail, nothing back, skrill can't do anything for me. No forum notification still. I don't know how to get a refund here. I guess I don't.
