Hi I need help.
does anyone know what this means?

When you go to gmail > security & sign-in > Recovery Phone

When you click into recovery phone, it says "Theres something unusual about this phone, so we disabled it to protect your security." but it also says verified after

my friend got this error transferring a google account to a foreign phone, was wondering what action should you be taking if you find this when transferring a gmail account to someone else?

Also what actually triggers the "Theres something unusual about this phone, so we disabled it to protect your security." warning?

Google accepted the number, but blocked it for recovery because a new/foreign phone on an old account looks like a hack most likely. If you can still log in: confirm the number in Security settings, wait 7 days, don’t wipe the old recovery info yet. If you’re handing the account to someone else: don’t change everything at once. Better to make a new Gmail. If you’re locked out: use Google’s recovery page and wait. Nobody else can unlock it.
