What is the dispute about?
Gmail account got recalled few days after the purchase and ofcourse password was changed for Epicgames aswell(Fortnite).Who ever recalled the account,he added a phone number ending with 63,then few days later number was changed to 72.
Cordura bought the account from https://www.epicnpc.com/members/753023-Nicksoto98 who is the owner of it,then sold to me.Nick was ''trying to help me'' to get the gmail back(which is his OWN and he made it,no way that he can't get his gmail account back),i've waited for weeks and out of nowhere he started ignoring me,which puts guilt on him and he can be the one who recalled the account.
Cordura sold me the account and he is responsible for what he sells,and he will also need to open a separate dispute vs Nicksoto aswell,so they can resolve their problem that they have.
I don't know who recalled the account,cause i don't have proof,only assumption,i just want either refund or the account back.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he is the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Hello. I am unable to give the account back (as I do not have it) nor am I able to refund him (I spent the money). I do not know if I should open a dispute with the OO of the account, as I do not know if he recalled it. I am not sure what to do.
 
You don’t even need money,i can just open a dispute via paypal or bank and they can give me the refund,you ll paypal will be in minus tho.
And yeah,you should open a separate dispute vs him,cause he probably did something,no reason for ignoring me if he didn’t do anything
 
If he does not have funds in his paypal they may not refund you. Its not a small amount they are notorious for sometimes holding your refund until they collect money from the seller on larger amounts.
 
Well if he loses the dispute,they are refunding from their pocket,and his account will be negative until he tops it up.
 
Last response, I am just warning you that they do not always refund I have had a few times and seen quite a few times here that they rule in your favor but cannot recover the funds from the user and do not provide you a refund, my point is to not count it as resolution in this dispute in case they do not grant you refund.

@Nicksoto98 started answering again after few days and he told me that @Cordura didn’t even contact him regarding the problem.Cordura said to me that Nick was ignoring him.
So Cordura can you provide us with the screenshot where it shows that you sent him a message?
Nick sent me a screenshot of discord chat between you two,and last time that you two spoke is 20 days ago

I have attempted several times to recover the account through google. I will provide proof of me opening cases, I had changed the password several times and I have tried using different ones to recover. I have been very responsive to Delac usually, but not within the past few days, because I got a new phone, and recently started school.

A little update, [MENTION=664745]Cordura[/MENTION] deleted me on Discord,so it seems that he is hiding something from us.
 
Seems like that i will need to open a Paypal dispute vs Cordura.
