Code issues after payment.

I made a inquiry on paypal after buying OPTC account from him.
Friend of mine did with no issues before i did.
I put the code on transfer ID on my phone, doesn't work. Friend of mine told me to download bluestack (1H after DL the emulator + the game) i finaly put the code on that device too. Still doesn't work.
He accuses me to be a scammer, i'm certainly not. Opened disccusion with him, ask for solutions and offer him to stop that inquiry i made. Still continue to insult me about things i didn't.
Boring and frustrating now. I'm sure i'm not the only one who had that problem. Maybe WE'RE ALL SCAMMERS.
Got job, kids & wife. As i told him, i'm not the kid who faced him h24.
