Reached Legend V arena twice with barely any bought flags, and can maintain it til end of week at 25% defense winrate. Champion RTA in last season and in the two preseasons (peak at 2400 points), but I didn't even play it that much(about 200 games). Current Champion in Arena and has never dipped below champion 5 since last year. You dont need to attack much (or you can not even attack at all, I tested it once) to maintain Champion Arena. Current Champion in this preseason in RTA.
Relevant meta units are 90 geared(check IMGUR for more details). Basar is 245 speed currently, but I dont use him that much anymore and if he uses the best speed gear he will be 271 speed.
Auto Banshee 13 oneshot with baiken, Auto Wyvern 13, Auto G13 and A13, but A13 is around 70% winrate and takes long. Cleared all hell raid and Abyss 100.
