Incomplete account details after full payment and then ultimately account recalled.

Seller said he was the Original Owner of the account and it is mentioned in the Forum Thread. It was agreed that I would get complete details of the WoW account after full payment. After I paid full agreed amount of 983 GBP (1100 Euro) in the form of Amazon eGift Card based on Seller's suggestion, the seller only provided login ID and Password. He did not give Secret Question/Answer or any form of ID. He said he will give it later. I kept pushing him to give all details but he just delayed it by saying he's not at his computer. Finally today, I am unable to log in to the account and the Log in ID and password has been completely changed. Seller is not replying at all.
