Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I was interested for the account, I wrote on his post and I left my skype id . He wrote to me and we agreed that I would have paid 20 Euros and he would give me the details and after I paid 5 euro . After paying 20 Euros I immediately asked the other 5 € and after paying the 5 I was more responded .
