What is the dispute about? Never received product/replacement
Other details / notes: Never replied back, his discord server stopped having any activity after the incident. Seems like a bunch of bot accounts. He promised a replacement because the account was banned due to his own mistake of using a detected spoofer (as shown in the chat logs). Replacement never arrived and he stopped replying. Recently he closed my support ticket on his server. He also removed me from the discord server on 2021/10/15
