i had a genshin impact jean starter that i offered to DarkSkitZ1, so they told me to msg them on discord, and so i did. i sent the login info first, and i let them look around on the account. and after a while, they said that they weren't so sure about the trade, since they had gotten scammed by another person before, and they asked if i could let them link their phone number, which , i did, because i was not aware that linked phone numbers could be used to change the email and password on a genshin account. while they, i assume, changed the password and email on the account, they made up excuses saying that the loading was taking a long time, which i stupidly believed, and then they blocked me. DarkSkitZ1 has been making false remarks about me and also posted false feedback on my profile, saying i took their account, when in reality, they never even sent any login information.

What is the dispute about? my account was stolen from me after they asked to check and then link their phone number. i was unaware that email/pw could be changed using a linked phone number. they made up the excuse that it was taking a while to load, and then a few minutes later, blocked me.

Other details / notes: the scammer made false remarks, saying i stole their account, and also posted false feedback.
