What is the dispute about?: this dude messaged me and offered a genshin acc which i was interested in, right after everything was decided and i paid him, he blocked me.
Other details / notes: . i was suspicious of him the whole time since this is the internet after all, but still I had a little hope that he wasn't going to scam me, hence the report. this all happened in discord, it was my first time buying an account so that made me an easy target. i was having trouble confirming the transaction at first so he wasn't able to get the cash, and when he did, apparently he didn't get all of it so i had to send $2 more. after i did, woah, blocked. although it wasn't a lot of money it still sucks you know, im very ashamed of this lol.
