What is the dispute about? Account was recalled
Other details / notes: I had the account for 10 days seller provided me with receipts, however, I don't have enough information for Genshin/mihoyo CS team to help me. I sent a request to them, but without a lot of the information the account will not return to me. I also message the seller and he wouldn't give me a refund because it wasn't his problem. I had asked him for more information, but he hasn't responded to me.

Account information that was changed before recalled. I had added my phone number after this picture this made. I had to wait a couple days to add it due to mihoyo new policy regarding accounts.
Login devices the top 3 are mine the last one is either the MM or the seller which I had already deleted. I kept this picture for Mihoyo CS team. This info can be wrong because the Login device could potentially not be the original owner.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Receipts of the account. Not confirmed if any of them are the 1st purchase of the account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 10 days
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
