Im not going to go super into this post, the dude has already been banned after scamming someone else the exact same way recently.
I just wanted to make an official post showing that it happened to me as well. I cant even message him about it, not like it would matter but i have no screenshots about his responses.
Maybe this thread can get pinned to his profile or smthn idk

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? Yes
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) All recovery infos, so receipts and pc specs.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? around a month and a half, so im assuming he sent in his recovery email to mihoyo support the day he sold it to me because it takes longer than that usually for them to do something
