What is the dispute about?
When trying to login on 19/09, the game asked me to enter the account information. There was no record of the account on my device. I entered the user and password only to have account error. I have tried forgotten password but I am also met with account error.
As the username, email and mobile are all invalid without notification and bypassing 2FA, the account has most likely been recalled.
I have tried to contact the seller for support but I have received no reply so I am bringing this to EPICNPC for assistance on how to proceed.
Other details / notes:
On 31/07/2021 I expressed concern to the seller that I was receiving unauthorised email and sms Mihoyo verification notices. I assumed that they had access to the username and were trying to recover the account using it but I had linked the account to my email and mobile number so they were unsuccessful. These notifications continued until 02/08/2021 and they stopped.
The other party must have submitted an account recovery form. This form would have had sufficient evidence for Mihoyo to recover the account.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? Username and password, all other socials were unlinked.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Nearly 2 months
