I already am talking to him on discord. I am trying my best to help him unlock the account. However I already did mention I was not the original owner. He is probably trying to scam because I had this account for a month and nothing happened. And I used MM with this service so I gave all the information that was need and only email was linked which he changed with the help of MM. I am waiting on PayPal decision so don’t ban me. I am going to see what they say and I will update you guys here

He opened a PayPal dispute so now he wants the account and the money ? Clearly a scammer. He paid with Goods and services so he is trying to get his money back along with the account.
 
@Eleysis what is the account username, and can you also tell us who is the original owner

Well he opened a PayPal dispute right after 4 days. I already gave him all the info that I am not the original owner and there was no username it was discussed to Useed MM and only email linked to account so once he changes the email address I don’t have access to that account anymore it’s out of my hands because only one way it is linked @Angel

im going to wait for PayPal
 
I don't have ownership of the account right now, someone is playing it but it definitely isn't me as my email was unlinked to it by mihoyo. I tried to contact the reseller who sold the account to Eleysis for help but he wasn't very willing, maybe here he will be.
 
The account was missing 1 of the x2 primogems purchases, had 90 days of welkin left, the primo reset was like late august, so someone must have done purchases recently, which is why I asked Eleysis if he had a receipt to help me recover the acc, but he says he doesn't have any.
 
Well I got it from a person here who sold me a month ago I had no problem and didn’t play much. Yes and I have given the buyer his info aswell. There is nothing else I can do since buyer also got his money back from PayPal after opening a dispute. I legit sold him and now lost my money too. I have not tried to scam him anyway instead I fell scammed @EpicNPC CM

You said you were going to talk to the person you bought the acc from to try to find out what happened, it's even in the discord screenshots you posted, what happened with that? If what you say is true and didn't recall it yourself, he's the only one here that can help get the account. Or give you a refund at this point.

Sorry it wasn't thru discord, it was said right here.
 
So I tried to help you that means I have sold you legit. There was no user name and only email was binded which was handed to you by MM. who is not to say that you just wanted your money back when you paid with PayPal G&S. Now you have your money back and account too.
 
I don't have the account, that's why I keep telling you to involve the person you bought the account from, EpicNPC asked you too and you didn't even answer him.

I don’t know who is the original owner I have only bought the account from Jorge.Winkert who you can see the transaction from my account.Maybe he knows . From my part I didn’t even have any user name set. Only email. So once I gave to MM useed it was out of my hands because he secured it once and for all no way else because I didn’t even buy anything from the game much less play it.barely touched it
 
Jorge.Winkert is currently undergoing another dispute (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/scammed.2068998) of an account he sold being recalled due to being stolen and he is denying having any responsibility over the issue, even though EpicNPC clearly states resellers are responsible for what they sell here. Boggles my mind resellers buy any random shady and risky account on another site and think they can sell them here without any repercussion later if the buyer loses the account to recalls.
I do NOT have the account, and the only way to try to recover it at this point is Jorge talking to the OO he got the account from, since if you didn't recall it, it was the OO, which only Jorge knows of.
 
So Mods @Adoxia @EpicNPC CM does this clear my side because I only bought the account from Jorge.Winkert so I don’t know who is the original owner and did not buy any package so once I gave the account it was out of my hands. So only Jorge and the Original Owner would know how to recover it. I am a really honest person because I gave the heart very legit
