Pretty much.

Warning to anyone buying:
They will not do paypal or any direct buying methods and try to make you buy giftcards through G2A or some other random website and claim to need more money to withdraw from their accounts and they'll paypal you the difference. Obviously that doesn't happen.
Do the buyer protection or middle man or whatever. Please. For your sake.
I'm not sure if OP is the scammer, but the scammer does track this thread and seems to get notifications extremely quickly from this thread, so if I were to guess, OP is the scammer. If they aren't the scammer, do the middleman stuff to protect yourself like I said.
Note: They claim to be "Highly rated" and have claimed they are this person: https://www.playerauctions.com/store/ffxivgilshop/feedback/
They likely chose some random person from the site with high ratings, but I'd also be wary.
Buyer VERY much beware. If you want proof of my claims message me and you can have all of our discord conversations to confirm for yourself and maybe you can take note of their speech patterns and behaviors.
