What is the dispute about?

Did not receive the Puzzle and Dragons account I was supposed to be sold. After a week of grueling cooperation, it was all just a long con against me.

Other details / notes:

Sent him initial payment via paypal friends and family 8/4. He told me that his account was limited so he couldn't withdraw any money. After working with paypal and my bank, we were able to get the money back to me. I guess this was his way to ensure that paypal, a source that I could get my money back via dispute, was ruled out. After the whole debacle and I had my money back, I was willing to cooperate with him further, and he said that the best way would be via amazon gift card. So, I guess I foolishly trusted him. After all, I already sent him 450 dollars, and he didn't block me or anything.

After I sent him the money via Amazon Gift card, he said that he deleted the screenshot of the account transfer and that he couldn't issue another one. He told me that he would contact the company and get back to me in 24 hours, but at that point, I realized what was happening and demanded my money back. He said he would transfer the money and I sent him requests via Zelle, but then he went dark. I tried contacting him again, but he blocked me on discord.

There are a lot more chat screenshots about the paypal fiasco and can be provided upon request.

It sucks that this guy has 100% feedback with 16 positive responses, but those must have been faked.

This is not me. This has to have been an impersonator, and if you truly got scammed, I am very sorry that happened to you. We use discord to trade here for a reason, I have my discord, Nipolo#7455 on all my posts. The screenshots taken here does not show his discord profile. I also don't have any PM's from you in the first place, nor do I have any contact requests from you post being scammed.

Once again, it's very unfortunate that you got scammed- it happens all the time. You have to be extra careful on the internet because impersonations happen on the daily. Make sure you double check, and correctly verify even the finest details.

Update on the situation,

He explained that he found the code and that he was ready to make the transaction so after Amazon sent me the new codes, I sent them to him, trusting him again. He received the funds, and then blocked me again. I guess I'm stupid for trusting in humanity.

My actual discord name is : nipolo#7455
I did not know that discord names (nickname + tag) are case sensitive. My actual discord is : nipolo#7455 in which I have multiple successful trades logged with.

Not knowing this, I actually listed on some of my threads that my discord name is : Nipolo#7455. I thought if you added Nipolo#7455, a request would pop up on my screen(nipolo#7455). However this is not the case.

I'm so sorry about this. I've just now learned about how discord works and can see how easy it is to impersonate somebody. I'm going to have to have delete all my threads regarding me posting : Nipolo#7455 as my contact information.

This account was actually never sold. I marked the thread as sold to get rid of the lising because what actually ended up happening to the account listed is that I got scammed and the scammer ran off with the account. The scammer faked his feedback on another site, which led me to believe he had more trades and overall higher rep than me, so I ended up going first & giving him the transfer code and he just ran off with it. In hindsight, I should have used a middleman, but he did not contact me on epicnpc, therefore could not use the middleman feature this site had to offer. I ended up deciding on my own will that I would not use a middleman without exploring other options. I also should have confirmed his reputation on the site he provided me by asking for a verification PM from that site.

I took the loss and used it as a learning experience. Going forward, I will always look to double verify- if somebody talks to me on discord, I will have always now ask for a PM from epic confirming that who I am talking to.

It's kind of ridiculous what this situation boiled down to. The account I'm trying to sell is lost because I get scammed. Then somebody impersonates me, trying to sell that account I lost and ends up actually scamming babycomebakk. I don't know how this situation is going to be handled, but again, because I unknowingly listed the wrong discord contact information I will take full blame. Again, I'm very sorry you ended up getting scammed, it was completely out of my hand. But I think you and I both learned some very valuable lessons- Always use a middle man and always verify who you are talking to.

[HIDE=99999999999]What this guy says about discord is true, I didn't know about this abuse. His mesasge should be hidden after the dispute is over as it pretty much says that any discord here can be impersonated with just 1 capital letter difference.

That Mirage guy I've had him on discord too, if I believe correctly his profile picture on discord says in russian letters "СЕРЕГА". Multiple people added me and said he wanted to buy it off them, but trades never happened because this guy would bail out as soon as he saw me.

You can see his discord being correctly shown and as nipolo#7455, his paypal he posted is also the same email that I've confirmed with another buyers from his feedback history.

The only thing that is not clear yet, is one of his buyers said that Frolyfe received a feedback for this very account from Jedi Meek.

So while I want to believe this guy that he really got scammed, there is still one unsolved mystery. Why did he receive feedback for the account that he says he never sold and actually got scammed of?

To clarify, babycomebackk, you currently have your money back right? Do not send them again to the guy no matter what he says. Either use trade guardian or just don't deal with the guy.

I really hope you're getting your funds back, even though I didn't know you can take back the codes once they are sent. You live and learn I guess

No, I do not have my money, the screenshots came out of order somehow, but after the paypal thing fell through, I sent him Amazon gift card codes, which after sending them to him, he blocked me. You can see in some of them that I send him the codes and he responds "Ok" cuz he got them. He also sent me screenshots about how he got the money, but he deleted the images before he blocked me. Also, he keeps claiming that we never spoke but there's some clear indication that the person in the chat acknowledges that he is the person who wrote on the forum:

At this point, I'm over it. Nothing I can do will get me money back anyway. If the admins really think that this guy is innocent, let him keep doing business I guess lol. I know not to delve in these kind of transactions without like, middlemen or anything anyway so whatever. If i just keep trying to prove his guilt, it's just gonna get me saltier as the days go on.

Frolye, Nipolo, whatever your name is, I really thought we had something going on when we talked about those games we played, when you talked about how you and your company went out for drinks, and how you had a doctor's appointment (although i guess most of those were lies at this point?). I honestly wish you good luck on your life and hope that one day you realize what you did was wrong. If you really do have a job at a company, I feel like taking 450 dollars from someone isn't worth the effort lol...

I won't be pursuing this any further so Frolye can say whatever he wants and the admins can do what they think is right idc lol

That really sucks, I'm sorry you can't get your money back. There's nothing I can or could have done to prevent this. I've been trading for on the internet for some time now and consider myself a small time trader. I understood that the top traders were always popular targets for impersonators and thought small traders were not desired targets for impersonators. But never in the wildest dreams would I imagine somebody impersonating myself. With the combination of that thought and a mistake listed in my contact information, I inadvertently caused you to get scammed.

Beware of : Nipolo#7455 - That is not me. He's seemingly cunning and can deceptive. I still have no clue who Nipolo#7455 is; again- to clarify to anyone else reading this thread- I unknowingly listed Nipolo#7455 as my contact information while my real name is nipolo#7455. I did not know discord names(nickname + #id ) are case sensitive. I have now figured this out and am super disappointed in myself for not knowing this earlier.

To any admins and moderators still reading this thread- Thank you for all the work you're doing. Any admin or moderator helping out with this thread please PM me, I am able to provide discord logs(picture & video proof) of my most recent successful transactions. They contain some private information which is the reason why I'm not posting these to the public.

@EpicNPC CM, I've never sold that account, I don't have any feedback on the account. I recall only have a 16 feedback score, now it shows a 17 feedback score, but when I look at my feedback feed- I don't see any new posts.
