Yes you are eligible if thats what you were asking. Admin will upgrade your account when he gets online.

How do I know if I'm eligible?
  • Registration date is Jan 24th 2013 or earlier
  • 5+ positive feedbacks from July 24, 2013 or earlier
If you registered a year ago and only have 4 feedbacks, then get one next week, you are not eligible. All 5 feedbacks have to be before July 24th 2013.
 
Yes i did read it mate and i did see i need 5+ before julu 24 but i post before i did see date :/.sorry abaut post anyway.i got only 4 soo i am not eligible.all the best from me :).
