Yeah so I purchased this account from someone (who bought it back in 2022) and noticed it has silver raid card still active after 2 years previous guy didn't buy anything since 2022. So it is stuck on there until they remove it from there google which he has no clue who or where it is. So until then you have a free silver raid card but that is what makes me not want to play it.
So it is up to you if you want it either way its free
