Freamon11 = huge scammer, help me get my money back. please

Freamon11 on these forums scammed me for $120 USD. He said he would sell me his level 64 gnome mage and even showed me ingame. He took my money and gave me fake info. I filed a claim with paypal and gave truckloads of evidence that he is a scammer such as past posts by him ( i proved that the person who scammed me was freamon11 to them) and people who have gotten scammed by him and the response was

"Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund."

I think this is total bull, is there a way to get my money back or am i screwed? i will take any suggestions other than the typical "dont deal with scammers" and "search forum name first". thank you in advance

hello mate, and im very sorry about losing the money..

however, intangible goods are not covered by paypal. the only way to get the money back would of to of claimed ur paypal was used without ur expressed permission, and that is too late now since u have already claimed to of payed.

in short your in some trouble, the only course of action i can suggest is that u ask markee if they can give you the ip logged in, or ask them if they can help you contact the scammer at his home.

keep calm, legit people always win in the end. just think about all the possible routes to track the scammer.

K seriously this is [censored] BS..If everyones going to start calling me a scammer when these [censored] people almost scam me 24/7 then try and turn it around on me then w/e cya later guys I won't use MD ever again ciao!...Admin if u want you can ban/delete my account I don't care I won't be here anymore!

Haha, oh wow. How is anyone scamming you? I'm sure me and the original poster could show copies of the chats, pics of us sending the payments, etc.
