Forum Account Issue

I have a question.Do i have some sort of restriction on forum account since i can't create a new thread in Dota 2 mmr boosting section or?

You don't have a phone number verified to your account. You verified one many years ago, however that data was not carried over to the new site due to the original phone system not being up to par with the newer one we eventually switched to.
