Possibly the wrong place to ask about this but didn't see anywhere else. Tried DM'ing one of the mods but never got a response. ANYWAYS-
Whenever I go to Fortnite Crew I get "Please log in ot the platform you subscribed to the Fortnite Crew on to receive your subscription benefits". I bought this account back in July of last year. I didn't contact support cause I figured they'd do the typical "oh your IP is different from usual. Banned." BS. But I've had this for like 8 months now.
Does anyone know how I should go about handling this? I tried installing fortnite on legit like- everything. Xbox, PS4, PS5, Switch, literally nothing when I logged in would let me get the subscription benefits. So the issue is I'm not getting any benefits cause I can't collect em proper. But I also can't cancel the subscription and start it new.
Anyone have any experience with gaming the system on this? Should I just reach out to epic support and ask to get this fixed considering how long I've had the account? Or is that basically a guaranteed ban?
