i was proxying this, and my friend claims to not have pulled, if i refund it will be out of my own money so i'd like to know i'm not getting ****ed lol
 
What am I supposed to send you when I'm randomly logged out of the account? You asked for video proof of me being logged out when how am I supposed to know that it was going to happen?
 
It's 6 days after email change and I'm unable to access the account. I'm pretty sure it'd be a stupid idea to give you $180 for an account then try to contact epic games 6 days later to re change the email or something? The email isn't even registered to the account anymore and on my friends list the account is currently in the launcher aka its logged in and the epic games client is running.
 
If buyer is not getting any password reset emails on my email that i’ve changed to,then it is pulled via support.
 
Like you said "your friend" Wouldn't it be as easy as getting him to contact epic games to get this all sorted out then to change to an email of my choice since i'm the buyer?

You have NVIDIA Instant replay set up and told me you clipped you getting signed out, can you send me that?
 
I didn't say I have the clip of me being signed out? Why would it have clipped that. I've got nvidia highlights on. I showed you a screenshot of my latest clip on the account which was in creative like i said then it signed me out.

@Delevingne You want to sort this issue out right. Contact support or whatever and get the email changed to one I'll soon make and give me all the information about the account like estimated when it was created etc so I know It wont be pulled again.
I've already paid for the account and had it for 6 days now it's been pulled.

u don't need info they just send you a verification email to confirm you have access

and you send a screenshot of a clip which ends in DVR (When you instant replay something), irrelevant anyways

The thing is I'm not wanting a refund. I'd much prefer the account. Let's stop going back and forward and give me access again to the account I paid for.

I do not have the account, and neither does my friend, apparently. So I'm not sure what you want me to do.

I dunno if you're trying to get a free $180 from me or if it's genuinely pulled but I'm contacting Epic now
 
Let me know what they say. I wouldn't be asking for access to the account if I didn't lose it in the first place. I paid for it lmao. If I done it on purpose I would've recorded myself getting signed out n **** man just to get the refund idc about it I just want the account back. I could go as far to sending epic the account id with proof of it being purchased just for them to ban it for breaching tos.. I just want the account back with all the information and ****. Keep the money.

Everytime I've contacted epic they've replied way within six hours. What's going on man?
ok. believe it or not it's a small holiday going on in most countries, some call it "Christmas" and "new years", not entirely sure though. Maybe it means there aren't as many staff working

Not sure on what's going on dude. The account was online when I woke up. Now it's offline.

I'm just a bit stressed because of the time zones. It's been 6 days after I paid you for an account which I haven't got access to anymore. It's been 24 hours since I've lost access now. I think you should be able to see how I feel atm and the only thing that comes to mind when this happened is yous have contacted support and have changed the info.
 
I don't see how I could have changed the email or anything as you can only change it by contacting support and providing them information to prove you own the account right? Wouldn't they need some good proof of you owning the account eg answering questions? As delac our mm had changed to his own email you can only change every 90 days when you update your email "see attached image"
We're just going around in circles as I can't see how I could've done it. Especially only 6 days after purchasing the account and having the email changed. The way I see it only the original owner could do that.
I want the account back or if you can't give it back to me I would like my refund @Delevingne

it's not the original display name, it's current display name.

can't tell if you're genuinely this unaware or you're trying something but so far everything you've said about changing Email is incorrect

epic have replied (yesterday at 2am(uk time)) and I have replied, still waiting on an outcome
 
As they haven't provided an eta or anything. Once you find out please contact me as I'd be very keen to have the account back.
I'd prefer the account over my money back as I've stated before.

Well I'm not sure on what I can do then. I'm giving you until Monday for me. I either want the account back or a full refund. This issue has been active for over a week now. The email you've shown me is epic saying they can't do anything at this time so I'd like you to get me more information or simply refund me.
 
I am not sure regarding what is this support answer as i am unable to see what did you asked them. Have you used the original email to open a ticket? Please post an image with the request you have previously sent to Epic support.

I haven't stated that I or my friend has access to OGE, I'm trying to change it based off the info I know now though

Pretty much been two weeks since the issue began. You're not replying to me on discord and your barely active on the forum to update. I understand that things don't happen instantly but a daily update would be nice and would keep me in the loop.
