forgot password, not getting reset email

hey mike and/or mods - this is therealsnafu

Yesterday I received a new cpu/mobo upgrade and reinstalled windows fresh (losing my cookies obviously)

I was attemping to log in to the site and due to the multiple password resets a few weeks ago I change the password to one I don't use very often and I can't remember which one it was

I attempted to do the password reset, but never got the email. I'm 99% sure the email I'm thinking of is accurate because I have never made a dupe account on this site (besides this one), and when I was attempting to create this new one it said that my email that I'm 99% sure I was using on my account was already used.

It's been like 30 minutes and still no email for pw reset, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Mike I will PM you the email I believe I was using

Or if a mod could help me out with this, I will PM it to you

(I don't feel like posting it here for security reasons)

thanks sky, that is indeed the email I was referring to - so I was right

I put in another password recovery for my account but neither have shown up in my email

I'm thinking this might be an issue on the site's end

(and yes, when you reinstall windows your IP changes by by 1 or 2 digits)

Yeah, looks like it's a site issue. I just tried doing this as well for testing purposes and I'm not getting any emails either. You'll have to wait for Mike to look into it.

I tested gmail and hotmail and I got emails on both. Gmail went to the spam folder, but it was still there.
