First time buying a WoT account on here and have questions

Hello, Im looking for a WoT account and was wondering how does it work when someone sells me the account? like what does it mean when the seller has the email for it?

The wot account is tied to an email address and cannot be changed (except by the original owner with private information) Therefore if they give you the email account as well you have full control over the account so the password and such cannot just be reset on you so easily.

That is why i changed from original email to secondary which isn't related to anything...it is only for wot...
