First sale, but it's a whale... (Azur Lane)

Hello users of EpicNPC. I have recently grown quite bored with the game Azur Lane. Azur Lane is my most invested gacha game and I think it is time I quit. I don't want to let the nice account I have garnered go to waste and would like to sell it. Comparing to some of the other whale AL accounts, I have dev 30 fate sim PR1 and PR2 as well as Dev 30 DR2 and am starting to trailblaze PR/DR3. I have at around $1000+ in costumes easily, a massive stockpile of items, and some. Now for the tough part: this is my first sale. Being that my account is easily worth a lot of money, I have a lot of questions about selling it.

1. Do I need to worry about my account name showing and/or specific ship names from oathing causing me to get banned in game?

2. I 100% plan to use a middleman, but I want to avoid scammers. Are there any red flags that someone is trying to scam even if I use a middleman?
Because it is such a large account, I think it would be a good idea to have the buyer pay the fee to make sure they are serious. On top of this, I want to make sure PayPal F&F is the safest way to do this.

3. Is there anyone on this website that is able to assist with account valuation? I want to make sure I price the account fairly and competitively for whoever is looking to buy.

4. Is it a good idea to keep putting effort in/investing money into the account?
I assume I should keep grinding and expanding my resources/ship collection, but I am unsure if it is a good idea to keep buying skins.
Any additional information on whale account selling would be helpful, or any super threads that have helpful information would also help a lot. Thank you!

1.if your going to sell it dont invest money into it.
2.youll know if someone is scamming because theyll denie middleman
3. Yes cover your name when selling account

1. Yes, when you advertise your account for sale blur/hide your name

2. The middleman will warn you if there's anything wrong

3. Can't answer that. Also, you need to find the right buyer too

4. This is up to you, but you will never get back same value invested
