File isn't uploading...

So I'm trying to upgrade to verified, as I'm trying to upload the jpg file of my ID it says I don't have a file added even though I clicked it. For some reason it isn't seeing the file...

What browser are you using? have you tried a different browser? what is the file type? (.jpg .bmp) etc. What is the size of the file?

Browser is Google Chrome, the File type is .jpg, size of the file is about 1335 kilobytes

We are good now XD Optimizing the file size is what did it for the upload. Now just have to wait for the approval and then I can start selling pokemon. Thanks for the help.

about 1.5mb is the max file size allowed.
