Fernanrpg recall scam and make new account on here called Ferckzi

Trade occured mostly on discord and all screenshots of this trade provided in attached picture below

I bought this account in april and barely used for a day and then didn't try logging in again until the 18th June when I realised the login details had been changed back and the email account that came with the battle.net account had also been recalled.

He changed his discord name and profile picture since this deal so a bit confusing but i linked him back a previous screenshot of our previous conversation and he didn't deny that it's the same person.
Below is me asking for him to give the account back and he pretends he didn't do the deal but his reasoning and excuses and fake brother story really poor effort and then he just unfriend me and not contact me back. Anything worth reading highlighted in red.

Hi mate, he has been banned already for a previous reason.

Unfortunately there isnt much else we can do here. Do your best to recover your assets as best you can.
