What is the dispute about? payed for bo2 account with paypal told him my email to change stream to he gave me his account name and password but didnt work then he logged out sadly no reason at all

i may made a mistake the money is still in the bank account here is the situation i was using my grandmothers debit card because shes paypal verified so i tryed to use her paypal tonight so it said it went threw blah thought i was scammed but recently she just got a new debit card because her last one got lost so they sent her a new one with new serials on it so im thinking the new debit card was not in the paypal i still had the old debit card information on there not the new one so i guess money didnt go threw atleast thats what its saying on the bank account but if this is the situation im truely truely sorry to fergo333 eventhou the new steam email didnt come to my yahoo or the password didnt work he mustve didnt get the money i hope fergo333 can confirm the money didnt go threw..maybe he logged or blocked me because he thought i was trying to scam him but just wanna get this straightin out honestly i hope ya understand what im trying to say.i wouldnt go threw all this if i was a scammer but i been stressed tonight all ready so when we get this settle ill rather not buy the account nomore just to stressful right now.truely sorry again i will be online if you have any questions i will cooperate anyway i can

i can confirm the payment never went through. so it should still be in your bank account
