Purchased a League of Legends account from user to resell, I sit on every account that I purchase for a week or two just to make sure it is legit. This account had no verified email, I get all of the details and decide to wait my usual time. Try to log back in, information changed as well as the accounts username. No idea how I can prove that it was stolen back as it is a League of Legends account and I haven't had any problems in the past.

user has been playing the account consistently for the past day

I sold the account and have not logged into it since, I delete all information from my database immediately after the sale. I provided an unverified account, and told the buyer to change the email and verify it to him, and pass after the purchase. Once the account is sold it gets deleted from my database. I am not responsible for the account after the sale this is stated in TOS i offer lifetime warranties on botted accounts. I'm not sure what I can do for you in this situation other than provide a similar account if anything but once the account is sold I'm out of control as to what happens. I have no proof the account was sold and stated stolen as of here. I need proof also, never had any issues with other buyers

These are the lol account rules you agree to when selling here.

1) If a recall claim is made by the buyer and no proof is provided by either party (as nearly all LoL recalls are), the seller will have to either provide a refund or 2nd account.
-- Once this happens, regardless of what happens after, the dispute is resolved and no bans will be issued.

I did not state this, my thread states that they are owned by me and are smurfs created and leveled by me. Im stating that we all know these are not the same case for them. Yet the smaller sellers are blamed when the bigger pay $180/month to advertise actual *******/hacked products. Mine are smurfs as stated though, just want justice in the system my friend. Waiting for the customer to reply currently

He stopped replying to me after offering me a replacement account, should I file a dispute with PayPal because I paid as goods and services.

yes. and you provided enough proof they are *******. he is sending you last play dates and skirting the question in your contact with him.

Felixthecatlolz has been rebanned. It was shown that in private conversations with the op that he would not confirm the accounts were not *******, and he kept mentioning last play date on account and sent information in the account cracker format.
