This is for a Fel Yew 9x9 house with NO ITTEMS INCLUDED, you should really consider buying this house if you love pvping because its an excellent spot for pvp and a place to run to.. If you are wanting the house and dont want to do the trade then my asking price is six million!! The house is below and will remain public until sold, I am not looking to sell either of those artifacts seperatelly.
