Feedback without trade

I stopped using my EpicNPC account for a while, and when i came back, i saw this feedback for no reason. i haven't traded with this person https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/1020519/view

  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Please provide proof the feedback is false.

The thing is, i don't know how i could prove it either. i have no contact with this person, i don't even know who they are. i haven't used my EpicNPC account in a while since i haven't advertised anymore

Your account has activity on September 4th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 17th, and 23rd. We are sure you saw the feedback at least 1 time when you logged in on those days. Why did you not report it then?
