Feedback was positive but 2 stars was given no TG used

No TG was used for this transaction so feedback should not be eligible, and the feedback was positive but 2 stars was given which doesn't make sense. As it is old feedback I have no evidence other than no TG history between me and this user. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yes please delete this feedback as the 2 star was unintentional and it causes my ratings to appear negative. Also TG was not used so it is not a verified feedback and can be removed on those grounds.
