False feedback, no transaction at all

Feedback will only be reviewed or investigated if one of our Trade Guardian services were used.

Trade Guardian was used:

• Link to the feedback you received.
• Provide the TG # for this feedback.
• Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed.

Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.

• Proof of sale will be requested.
  • Buyer can show they sent payment.
  • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

No, my feedback has proof. He scammed my friend's account and blocked right after he secured the account without paying at all. He took advantage of the fact that he had more positive feedbacks than my friend since he is new to the platform. My friend (sadwibu) doesn't know about EpicNPC's TG system and he (ArKage) took advantage of that, kept telling my friend to just send over the information first without establishing TG trade at all. You can see that the account email no longer works with the old password, and the new login is in France, as proved with the France language appeared when trying to login with the email (my friend is Vietnamese using English). There're no transactions at all between my friend (sadwibu) and him (ArKage) since he just stole the account and block, so you guys can ask for proof and he won't provide it. I'm sorry I have to be the one speaking for my friend since he is depressed and doesn't know what to do at all.
I hope this case is given proper justice, thank you EpicNPC mod team.
