We are introducing a new stat called "Total Completed Orders" that will display at the top of each thread.
We have also removed 'unique feedback' as this is not as important. This stat is still available from the main feedback page on member's profile.
Initially we are calculating total orders this using this formula.
Going forward, 'Total completed orders' can only be increased via completed Trade Guardian transactions using any service. New feedback will not increase "total completed orders" so you could see members that have more feedback than completed orders.
We're aware most users do not exchange feedback after a transaction or trade, so feedback was not an accurate stat to show a seller's level of activity. We hope to resolve this issue with his new stat.
