User purchased an account and if I remember correctly a screenshot showed a different race than the character was. Due to the pricing there was no way to offer the cost of the change as that would have been half the cost of the purchase in the first place.
Customer was offered a full refund and refused as they wanted the account but still left negative feedback on the transaction. That hardly seem legit.
