On February 10th, 2021 I sold one of my Grammarly accounts through my online shop Sellix.io. Over the past few weeks, I've been having issues with purchases approving and being voided almost immediately. A user called qwerty247 purchased an account but their order was voided.
So, what's sellix.io does is removes the funds from the user's PayPal accounts when a purchase has been made, but if the order gets voided, the account details will not be automatically sent. The funds however are refunded back into their PayPal accounts within the timeframe PayPal gives them. So, being that the order voided and their funds were removed, and no accounts details were automatically sent, they thought that I scammed them.
That is not the case, because if the order went through successfully, buyers receive the accounts details instantly on the order confirmation page. Furthermore, the day after I received payment confirmation and I sent them the account details. Please check the screenshots below!
