Other details / notes: He attempted to dispute the payment as I was starting the boost, I won the dispute and upon giving him the benefit of the doubt and starting again I called paypal to make sure and they said there is a appeal attempt on a dispute but due to ToS ect they can't disclose who/when/where (Obvious because Iv'e only had 1 dispute).
