He stopped using my service for a while. During the process of using the service, his attitude was very negative and disrespectful of the work we were doing, As such, I am fully within my rights to refuse service or ignore any communication from him.
Finally, this is not feedback related to transactions or service quality

Currently I do not have any transactions with him and giving feedback on an issue I did not respond to is a negative action.
I absolutely have the right to refuse to serve or respond to anyone! I'll wait to see how he responds though, Thank you for your support
