I made my first successful sale. A $100 dollar star citizen account that the buyer was willing to pay first. I came though on my end and we are both happy. He is trying to leave me positive feedback, but he has no feedback and he told me that when he tried to leave feedback the system told him he needed at least 1 feedback to leave feedback. Seriously? I could not figure out a way to leave him feedback as a buyer. Is there a way to do that? What am I supposed to do in this situation? I only have a few accounts to sell that encompasses 15 years of gaming. Two of the accounts are high value accounts it would be easier to sell with some positive feedback. Am I just supposed to pray that someone with feedback buys one of my two cheap accounts soon?

Everybody could leave positive feedbacks before but the feedback system was easily abused. Some people were using VPN/proxy or telling friends to give them positive feedback, some wanted to trade positive feedback. These abusers ended up getting permanently banned.
So now you can only receive a positive feedback from another member that already has positive feedback.
