On 15 of June I purchased Instagram account from Anotherme for 400 USD - Payment was done via PayPal
On 13 of July I noticed that seller recovered Instagram account with original email and when I contacted him he told me that "I have a Guy who runs my account" "He recently reverted"
Instead of refunding me he asked me to make a PayPal chargeback because of what I might get my PayPal account banned as his account balance would go under 0 and I would get a refund.

Finally around 1st of August I received a refund, he contacted me and informed that he needs email details.
First he said that "I have a Guy who runs my account" "He recently reverted" which means that he reverted email change and now he is asking me for email details to which I do not have access to.
Please remove feedback from that scammer.
