Hey,
I've been given a negative feedback from a user that registered on Epicnpc like 1 month ago. It goes without saying I've never even traded with him in the first place and, on top of that, he also spammed 5-6 of my threads and make false claims about me. Obviously, I want the feedback removed, since I've never even traded with the guy and he just created the account to give me the negative feedback regardless. I suppose that can only mean a swift ban for him, so please investigate it asap

I'm asking to have my negative feedback removed based on the quote "For feedback, if someone disputes a feedback and the sale was on Discord, we will also not review it. Of course, I didn't even get to talk to him on discord as an impersonator did and the user who gave me the negative review fell for the scam, thinking he's talking with me.
Update: Seems the guy was really scammed, but what he doesn't seem to understand is that he got scammed by an impersonator and he never talked with me on Discord, thus he gave me the negative feedback, thinking it was me who scammed him. It's the same guy who opened the dispute against me here (but couldn't provide proof that he ever talked with me on discord - because we never actually did and he spoke with an impersonator instead):
