Hello,
This “feedback” is pure trolling and clearly breaks EpicNPC rules. Feedback is only allowed after a real transaction (payment or service). In this case, the user never paid, never placed an order, and no service was delivered.
All that happened was:
This negative comment is misleading to other members and was left without any actual business interaction.
Additionally, I would also like to highlight a suspicious detail:

This “feedback” is pure trolling and clearly breaks EpicNPC rules. Feedback is only allowed after a real transaction (payment or service). In this case, the user never paid, never placed an order, and no service was delivered.
All that happened was:
- He came to Discord asking about prices.
- I explained that the $4/h price he saw is outdated and no longer available.
- Instead of moving forward with an order, he started arguing and wasting time.
This negative comment is misleading to other members and was left without any actual business interaction.
Additionally, I would also like to highlight a suspicious detail:
- The negative feedback was left on the same EpicNPC account that I had previously dealt with in October 2022, when I completed a successful order and even left them a positive 5-star review.
- However, the Discord account that contacted me today was newly created in 2023, and during our chat the user never admitted to being a past customer.
- This raises two possibilities:
- Either it is the same person, who intentionally hid their past positive trade with me, which shows bias and bad faith;
- Or, someone else (a friend/partner) used Discord to provoke me, and then this user left feedback as if it was their own experience — which is against EpicNPC rules, since feedback must reflect only the user’s own completed trade.
