I want to change his feedback to neutral since all I care about is getting my money back and my negatives being resolved and I just received the email from Paypal confirming that on December 15, 2022. The reason I didn't immediately report this feedback to be changed is because he hasn't replied at all in Discord even after resolving my balance so I was a bit hesitant and anxious but it's been 2 months since then and no issues have been going on in my PayPal after he resolved it so I think it's fine to just change it to neutral. Though, I think he already stopped using this site. Thank you.
