feedback but no sale to conclude

The person with whom I was in discussion for the purchase of his account gave me bad feedback because I no longer answer him when we have not concluded a sale ! It didn't inspire confidence in me so I preferred to ignore it , I told him ok but at the last moment I changed my mind because he had no note and especially no protection because it was a paysafecard payment.

I got robbed once and now people who do not go through a middleman or paypal with security I really have trouble trusting them you understand I hope
