Failed boost for 400 Euro

Heya.

Good a very good impression of GoodMan and he finished a Nice boost to 5000mmr, even If there was some bumps on The road.

Then i ordered a 6.5k boost and The struggle became real - If it wasnt plans with friends, weddings, thunderstorms or smt else it was issues with dota mmr system and so on.

He did himself told me i wouldnt be able to finish The boost, and promised me a refound of the money within a week.


Since then, he went awol and I cant reach him.
