The transaction was initiated with the seller over discord per instruction from the setsunaepic.com website. I expected faster service after communication was initiated with the seller.
During the transaction the seller repeatedly stopped communication, once for over 45 minutes which left me afraid that I was being scammed. I was left feeling their is a lack of customer service and professionalism. Overall I had to talk to the seller many times for over 2+ hours.
So even though the transaction was done within 24 hours, as I said in my review title, it was a terrible experience.
