This guy gave us the exact facebook he gave us a year ago to bind the same game.

He already purchased multiple times. He gave us the same facebook he gave us a year ago to bind the new account data that we are not able to do so. He knew our account is android only and if he wanted to play ios, he needs to give us facebook but gave us the same one is which is kinda stupid. After calling us a scam, he purchased another one from another game. We have refunded his order and don't want to deal anymore with him in the future.
The issue is resolved.
