I have never dealt with this person. In their thread, they showed discord messages with someone impersonating me: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/genshin-na-4-5-stars.1985433/
The discord id is not even similar to mine.
Earlier today I was also informed that someone is impersonating me and it's the same guy:
